Johnny One Horse Services

Coaching
With the The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®, Johnny One Horse provides one on one sessions, phone coaching sessions, group retreats, and workshops with the horses.

The EGCM Method
The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method® was developed by Melisa Pearce, a core founder since 1989, of the horse-human healing movement. The experiential nature of the method involves the horse as an active partner with the coach in the client’s exploratory process. The integrative approach of the equine’s interaction combined with positive coaching, somatic awareness guidance and Gestalt methodology, assists the client in examining their life and choices made with a focus on designing a positive future. What is “Gestalt”
Gestalt means “The whole”- it implies wholeness. Gestalt is a type of coaching that deepens our awareness of our feelings and our overall well being. A few aspects of Gestalt are:
  • It is experiential
  • It provides an opportunity to address unfinished business (even potential blockages that we are not consciously aware of)
  • It is an open and creative process that allows the client to receive exactly what they need at that time.

Construction
John offers creativity and expertise in all aspects of the construction industry. When he is on the road doing coaching work, he also offers services to those that want his help with building, improving, or remodeling projects.  In all his years in construction, John has done a lot of work with horse facilities as well as residential and commercial properties. There is very little John can’t do and is very creative in what he has to offer.
